Chatbot Integration Guides

Connect AI Chatbot to the messaging, CRM, and automation tools your team already uses.

These chatbot integration guides walk you through connecting AI Chatbot to Google Chat, HubSpot, Drip, WhatsApp, and Zapier. Each guide covers the setup steps, the credentials or permissions you need, and how to confirm that leads and conversations reach the right place. Start with the overview if you are comparing options, or open a specific guide to configure one tool end to end.

Available Integration Guides

Pick the tool you want to connect. Every guide is written for admins who can install apps, create tokens, or verify a webhook.

  • Integrations Overview – how the integration layer works, what syncs, and which setup path fits your team.
  • Google Chat – publish the chatbot in Google Chat spaces and answer messages where your team already works.
  • HubSpot – sync leads and contacts, and open tickets from a conversation.
  • Drip – add subscribers, apply tags, and fire the Lead captured event.
  • Zapier – connect thousands of apps with an API token and a New Lead trigger.
  • WhatsApp – connect a Meta app, verify the webhook, and go live.

What Each Guide Covers

Setup is only one part of an integration. The guides also explain the connected state, the data that syncs, and how to disconnect cleanly without losing conversation history. Where a tool requires a token, a webhook URL, or a specific plan, the guide names it before you start.

  • Prerequisites, admin permissions, and plan requirements
  • Step-by-step configuration with the fields you need
  • How to send a test conversation and confirm the sync
  • How to pause, reconnect, or remove the integration

Choosing the Right Integration

Use Google Chat or WhatsApp when the conversation should happen inside a messaging app. Use HubSpot when the destination is your CRM. Use Drip for email marketing, and Zapier when you need to reach a tool that has no native integration. The overview compares the options and links to each guide.

Before You Connect

Have an admin account for the target tool and a test lead you can use to confirm the sync. If your workspace uses role-based access, check that the person installing the integration can create apps, tokens, or webhooks. After setup, send one test conversation and confirm that the contact, ticket, or subscriber appears in the connected tool before you announce the integration to your team.
