Add your AI support agent to your ZipWp website

In AI Chatbot

Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install Agent section in the sidebar, then click on the Copy Code button to copy your code snippet.

In ZipWp

  1. Log into your ZipWp account and on the dashboard under Pages, select All Pages
  1. Select Edit for the page you want to add your AI support agent to
  1. In the page editor screen, select Toggle block inserter
  1. Select the Blocks tab, scroll down on the Blocks list to the WIDGETS group and drag the Custom HTML block onto your page in the Header section
  1. The Custom HTML block on your page
  1. Insert your AI support agent snippet code into the Custom HTML text box and click on Save
  1. Your AI support agent button will now be displayed on your ZipWp website page
  1. If you click on the button it will display the AI support agent dialogue

Your AI support agent is now added to your ZipWp website and your visitors/customers can start interacting with it!
