Add your AI support agent to your iCreate Editor landing page

In AI Chatbot

Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install Agent section in the sidebar, then click on the Copy Code button to copy your code snippet.

In iCreate

  1. Log into your iCreate Editor account and on the dashboard, select Digital Assets
  1. Under My Assets, select Landing Page and select the Editor option on the Actions menu to open your Campaign’s landing page to add your AI support agent button to
  1. Select the HTML element on the External Code menu on the Editor toolbar
  1. Insert your snippet in the HTML Box and click on OK
  1. Click on Save to save your changes and then click on Publish to publish your modified page
  1. Your AI support agent button will now be displayed on your iCreate Editor landing page
  1. If you click on the button it will display the AI support agent dialogue
