Agency & Reseller

AI Chatbot Reseller Program

White-label the chatbot, host it on your domain, and manage every client from one workspace.

The AI Chatbot reseller program gives agencies a white-label workspace for building and selling chatbots under their own brand. These guides cover the full lifecycle: getting started, branding, custom domain, client management, shared integration apps, team members, and webhooks. Work through them in order for your first client, or open the guide you need when a specific setup question comes up.

Set Up Your Reseller Workspace

Start with the program overview to see how workspaces, clients, and plans fit together. Then follow Getting Started with Your Agency to configure the workspace, add your first client, and hand over a working chatbot.

Brand and Host Client Chatbots

White-label means the client sees your brand, not ours. Use Branding to set the logo, favicon, brand name, email sender, upgrade URL, and the powered-by line. Then follow Custom Domain to point a client domain at the chatbot with a CNAME and HTTPS.

  • Branding – logo, favicon, brand name, email, upgrade URL, powered-by control.
  • Custom domain – CNAME target, DNS propagation, and HTTPS.

Manage Clients and Team Access

Client Management covers workspaces, roles, plan limits, integrations, and bring-your-own keys. Use Team Members to invite staff, assign roles, and remove access when someone leaves.

Connect Shared Apps and Automate

Use Integration when you want agency-owned Slack or HubSpot apps instead of asking every client to connect their own. Use Webhooks to send signed events to your own systems, with retries and HMAC verification.

  • Integration – shared Slack and HubSpot apps for agency-managed clients.
  • Webhooks – signed events, retries, and HMAC verification.

First-Client Launch Checklist

  • Create the client workspace and confirm the plan limits.
  • Apply the client logo, brand name, and sender email.
  • Point the custom domain and wait for HTTPS to issue.
  • Train the chatbot on the client’s approved content.
  • Add team members with the narrowest role they need.
  • Send a test conversation and confirm leads land in the client’s CRM.
  • Schedule a review of unanswered questions after the first week.
