Create Your AI Chatbot #

Creating your first AI chatbot with SiteSpeakAI is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to set up your chatbot and prepare it for your website.

Step 1: Log in to Your Account #

Log in to your SiteSpeakAI account and open your dashboard.

If you don’t have an account yet, create one before continuing.

Step 2: Create a New Chatbot #

From your dashboard, look for the option to create a new chatbot.

Click Create Chatbot to start the setup process.

Enter a name for your chatbot so you can easily identify it later.

Step 3: Add Your Website #

Enter the URL of the website that you want your chatbot to learn from.

SiteSpeakAI will use the content available on your website as a knowledge source for your chatbot.

Step 4: Start Training #

After adding your website, start the training process.

SiteSpeakAI will process your website content and use it to build the chatbot’s knowledge base.

The training time may vary depending on the amount of content you provide.

Step 5: Customize Your Chatbot #

Once your chatbot has been created, you can customize its appearance and behavior.

Depending on the available settings, you can configure things such as:

  • Chatbot name
  • Welcome message
  • Chat widget appearance
  • Colors and branding
  • Chatbot behavior
  • Response settings

Step 6: Test Your Chatbot #

Before installing the chatbot on your website, test it from the dashboard.

Ask questions related to your website content and make sure the chatbot provides accurate and useful responses.

If necessary, update your knowledge sources or chatbot settings and retrain it.

Once you’re satisfied with the chatbot, you can install it on your website.
